All funds and plans purchased for use in GVSU Campus Dining are for the personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. The Dining Dollar funds and Meal Plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all Dining Dollar funds and Meal Plans are non-refundable and will expire at the earlier of the last day of enrollment or employment, as applicable, or the last day of the current semester for which the plan was purchased.
Auto Renewal is optional. If Auto Renewal is selected, plans purchased in the Fall will renew for Winter semester and your GVSU student account will be billed in December, or January, for your Winter Meal Plan (no credit card billing for Winter Auto Renewal.)
All Meal Plans and Dining Dollar balance funds are non-refundable. Unused Meal Plans and Dining Dollar balances expire on the last day of enrollment or employment and last day of the Winter semester.
You can change your Meal Plan during the first week of the Fall and/or Winter semester. Simply visit the Campus Dining Office in 100 Commons or www.gvsufood.com. After the first week of each semester, a $15 Meal Plan change fee will be administered or $50 for cancellations.
All website purchases are considered to be final. Exceptions will be made for processing errors. All refunds for processing errors will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.
